Agentic AI & Process Automation Engineer

You will architect and implement autonomous AI agents that handle complex, multi-step business workflows. This role sits at the intersection of LLM engineering and software automation, requiring deep understanding of agent frameworks and orchestration patterns.

• Design multi-agent systems using CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph
• Build process automation pipelines that reduce manual workload across departments
• Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases via function calling
• Implement agent memory, planning, and reflection mechanisms
• Monitor agent performance, failure modes, and safety guardrails
• Document agent architectures and handoff protocols for engineering teams

• 3+ years of Python development experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Strong grasp of tool use, function calling, and structured output parsing
• Experience with workflow orchestration (Prefect, Airflow, or similar)
• Knowledge of API design and webhook-based integration

• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools
• Familiarity with business process modelling (BPMN)
• Knowledge of safety evaluation for agentic systems
