Full-Stack Software Engineer

You will design and build full-stack web and API products for WorkSprout clients — from architecture and database schema through REST and GraphQL APIs to performant frontend experiences. Your work will power dashboards, data platforms, client portals, and AI-integrated web products that go live and stay live.

• Architect and build REST and GraphQL APIs using Django, FastAPI, or Node.js
• Develop responsive, accessible frontend interfaces with React or Next.js
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, write performant queries, and manage migrations safely
• Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and external data APIs
• Write automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with AI and data engineers to expose ML model outputs through product interfaces
• Participate in code review, architecture discussions, and sprint planning

• 3+ years of backend development experience (Python/Django, FastAPI, or Node.js)
• Proficiency in React or Next.js for frontend development
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL and experience with ORM tooling
• Experience with REST API design, JWT authentication, and role-based access control
• Familiarity with Docker, Git workflow, and basic CI/CD pipeline configuration

• Experience with Redis, Celery, or similar async task and caching infrastructure
• Knowledge of WebSocket or SSE for real-time data delivery to frontend
• Familiarity with cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean
• Background in building AI-integrated products (LLM APIs, vector search, streaming)
