Verdict — TaxFiling Demo (Version 3)

Verdict is the complex tier in WorkSprout's TaxFiling demo series — the counterpart to Jurio (v1) and Lexa (v2). It presents a fictional tax advisory with practice areas, case highlights, advisor profiles, and layered homepage sections designed for firms that need authority, navigation depth, and room to publish expertise. All names and outcomes are illustrative; the live demo shows layout capability, not client claims.

v3 TaxFiling layout tier

Complex brand identity

Established visual language — logo system, palette, and typography suited to a professional tax advisory, not a lightweight landing page.

Practice-area architecture

Dedicated paths for filing, planning, compliance, audits, business tax, and dispute support — organized for comparison and deep linking.

Case-study module

Outcome-focused story cards with filters — demonstrating how results can be presented without overwhelming the homepage.

Team & advisor profiles

Credential-forward layouts for specialists and leadership — human trust at complex depth.

Multi-section homepage

Hero, stats, services, cases, testimonials, blog, FAQ cues, and contact — sequenced for scanning.

Documented design handoff

Figma library and Webflow structure annotated so a real firm could replace demo copy systematically.

Key Features

What Verdict demonstrates in TaxFiling v3 — a site shaped for established practices that publish expertise, showcase outcomes, and guide visitors through many service lines.

Filtered case gallery

Category tags (filing, audits, planning, resolution) show how complex sites organise proof.

FAQ & support entry

Common question patterns and consultation scheduling — reducing friction for cautious visitors.

Insights / blog hub

Article index sized for firms that publish regularly on tax topics.

Layered contact flows

Appointment, inquiry, and location blocks repeated with consistent hierarchy.

Trust-focused visual tone

Photography, contrast, and spacing chosen to feel authoritative and calm — appropriate for tax counsel.

Full series context

Portfolio and in-copy references to Jurio and Lexa so tier choice stays informed.

01 — Brief

Design Goal

Jurio (v1) and Lexa (v2) showed the simple and moderate tiers. WorkSprout still needed a reference for practices that expect practice-area depth, case-study storytelling, attorney or advisor directories, and FAQ support — without copying any real firm's content. Verdict completes the series: a fictional tax advisory with a complex, trust-forward layout prospects can walk through before scoping a full engagement.

"Version 3 is for visitors who compare firms seriously — they expect structure, credentials, and proof before they book. The layout has to earn that trust calmly."

  • Moderate demos still left gaps for firms with many practice lines and published outcomes.

  • Complex tax sites risk feeling busy — navigation and section rhythm had to be planned first.

  • Case-study and team modules need consistent templates or the site reads as fragmented.

  • The studio required a v3 capstone that felt complete without impersonating a real law or tax firm.

  • Mobile usability had to hold up across long homepages and multi-column practice grids.
