Brand Identity & UI/UX Designer

You will create the visual identities, interface designs, and brand systems that give WorkSprout client companies their market presence. Your work spans full brand identity projects — logo, typography, colour systems, brand guidelines — through to product UI/UX for web platforms, dashboards, and deep-tech product interfaces where clarity and credibility are critical.

• Develop complete brand identity systems — logo, visual language, typography, and colour — for deep-tech clients
• Design UI/UX for web applications, dashboards, and data-rich product interfaces in Figma
• Create marketing collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, and social media design systems
• Build and document component libraries and design tokens for handoff to development teams
• Design HMI and embedded device interfaces for industrial and IoT hardware products
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-accurate, accessible implementation
• Present design concepts directly to clients and incorporate structured feedback into iterations

• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and design system documentation
• 3+ years of brand identity and digital product design experience
• Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for B2B and deep-tech clients where credibility is the primary design objective
• Ability to create production-ready design files with accurate specs for developer handoff

• Motion design experience with After Effects or Rive for brand animation and UI microinteractions
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) for inclusive interface design
• Experience with industrial or embedded HMI interface design
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) to improve developer collaboration quality
