Technical Product Manager — Startup Launch

You will lead the product definition, roadmap execution, and go-to-market strategy for early-stage startup clients engaging WorkSprout for their MVP and launch. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical scoping, and commercial launch — translating founder vision into deliverable specifications, coordinating cross-discipline WorkSprout squads, and driving the engagement from kick-off through to a live, market-ready product.

• Lead discovery workshops with startup founders to define MVP scope, user stories, and success metrics
• Translate technical and product requirements into sprint-ready specifications for engineering and design squads
• Own the product roadmap and backlog for multiple concurrent startup client engagements
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy covering positioning, messaging, channel selection, and launch sequence
• Coordinate cross-functional WorkSprout delivery squads across engineering, design, and DevOps tracks
• Manage client relationships, lead sprint reviews, and communicate progress directly to founders and investors
• Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and market sizing to sharpen product positioning

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in early-stage or startup environments
• Strong technical understanding sufficient to assess feasibility, scope risk, and guide engineering decisions
• Experience writing detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Demonstrable go-to-market execution experience — positioning, messaging, and channel strategy
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with AI, hardware, IoT, or robotics products as a PM or technical lead
• Background in software development or systems engineering as a prior career stage
• Familiarity with fundraising processes — pitch deck narrative, technical DD preparation, investor communication
• Knowledge of UX research methods and the ability to run lightweight usability studies
