Embedded Systems & SBC Engineer

You will develop embedded software and drivers for single-board computers and AI-accelerated edge platforms including Raspberry Pi 4/5, Jetson Nano, and Banana Pi. You will build firmware, BSPs, and hardware abstraction layers for custom hardware prototyping deployments on diverse targets.

• Develop and maintain BSPs and device drivers for Raspberry Pi 4/5 and Jetson Nano
• Build custom Linux distributions and Yocto layers for embedded targets
• Integrate camera modules, displays, and IoT peripherals into embedded system designs
• Optimise boot time, power consumption, and thermal performance on edge hardware
• Write low-level C/C++ drivers for UART, I2C, SPI, and GPIO hardware interfaces
• Test and validate hardware bring-up on Banana Pi and custom SBC platforms

• Strong C/C++ skills for embedded Linux and bare-metal development
• Experience with Yocto Project and OpenEmbedded build systems
• Hands-on work with Raspberry Pi (4/5), Raspberry Pi Module, and Jetson Nano
• Knowledge of device tree configuration and Linux kernel module development
• Familiarity with hardware debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscope, logic analyser)

• Experience with Banana Pi or Allwinner-based SBC platforms
• Knowledge of broadband CPE middleware stacks and TR-069/TR-369 management protocols
• Familiarity with display interfaces (MIPI DSI, HDMI, eDP, LVDS)
